ELMHURST, Ill.--The South Dakota men's track and field team has been picked to win its second straight Summit League outdoor track and field championship, as announced recently by the league office. The Coyote women were voted second after taking third a year ago.

VERMILLION, S.D.--The red team defeated white 127-101 Wednesday night in South Dakota Track and Field's Red vs. White Intersquad meet at the DakotaDome. The meet served as a preseason event for the team and did not count in any qualification standards or national rankings.
