    SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--South Dakota scored 10 points in the final 12 minutes during a 71-55 loss to Denver in a Summit League Tournament quarterfinal contest at Sioux Falls Arena.

    BROOKINGS, S.D.--For the second time in three days, South Dakota dug itself a deep hole and never climbed out as South Dakota State came away with a 75-61 win at Frost Arena Saturday in the final regular season game for both teams.

    FARGO, N.D.--North Dakota State shot out to a 24-3 lead and never looked back in an 82-54 win against South Dakota Thursday night at the Bison Sports Arena. The Bison (22-6, 11-2 Summit) have won the Summit League regular season championship outright and have won 11 of their last 12 games. South Dakota (12-16, 6-7) lost for the first time in four games.

    VERMILLION, S.D.--South Dakota point guard Trey Norris made a game-winning free throw with 1.5 seconds left to give the Coyotes an 87-86 win against Omaha Thursday at the DakotaDome.


    Coyotes kick Jags behind Gruis' 18

    INDIANPOLIS--South Dakota senior center Trevor Gruis notched his 1,300th-career point and continued his dominance of IUPUI in a 71-67 win Saturday at the Jungle. The Coyotes (10-15, 4-6 Summit) got a much-needed road win ahead of next week's final two regular season home games.
