VERMILLION, S.D.--South Dakota boasts 139 student-athletes on The Summit League's Academic Honor Roll for the winter and spring seasons. Of those, 72 were also named to the Summit's Academic Distinguished Scholars List. Both numbers are second-highest in the league.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.--Polly Harrington made her first seven shots, Nicole Seekamp sank 13 free throws and Bridget Arens contributed 12 points off the bench as South Dakota beat top-seeded South Dakota State, 72-58, in a Summit League Tournament semifinal game at Sioux Falls Arena.
