    Trojans Hand Coyotes First Loss of the Season

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--South Dakota fell to Arkansas-Little Rock 1-0 in their first loss of the season Sunday at Coleman Sports Complex in Little Rock. Arkansas-Little Rock senior Ariel Galletti broke a scoreless tie in the 64th minute to propel the Trojans past the Coyotes.


    Coyotes Break Record with 11 Goals

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--South Dakota fired 11 balls into the back of the net for a new school record during Friday's game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff at the Coleman Sports Complex in Little Rock, Ark.

    VERMILLION, S.D.--Two second-half goals by freshman Lara Boman and a penalty kick by freshman Maddie Vang led South Dakota to a 3-0 victory over Northern State in the Coyotes' season opener Friday at the USD Sports Complex.


    Coyotes net five in exhibition win

    VERMILLION, S.D.--South Dakota scored three times in the first half and twice late in the second to score a 5-0 win against Viterbo Saturday in an exhibition contest at USD Soccer Complex. The Coyotes open their 2014 season at 4 p.m. Friday at home against Northern State.
